He is the first in the hospitality industry to hold a master's in leading sales transformation, where he created the personal change model; and also the first doctor in sales transformation where he continues to create and facilitate transformative change management and leadership programs.
Grant's company allows for people to participate in accredited programs receiving certification in the personal change model as well as empowering inclusive change management to transform leadership and organizations towards change success. Grant is an author of Transforming Sales Management through Kogan Page & a contributing author to Transformational Sales Leadership through Routledge.

Dr. Simon Dwight has worked on social issues for 20 years, from his beginning as a frontline homeless support worker, to his more recent roles both as CEO of a groundbreaking non-profit and specialist advisor to the UK national government.
He continues as a specialist advisor to the government, in support of aiding homeless persons to seek and find shelter and get them off the streets here in the United Kingdom.

Dr Nia has an eclectic academic record, with an undergraduate degree in Law and Japanese, masters in strategic management and public services and doctorate in business administration, focusing on self-aware leadership in the public sector.
Nia has spent 25 years working in the public sector across local government, the NHS, civil service, and in the last few years, charitable sector - in Wales and England. Her main focus has been delivering support services to pre-school families living in poverty and deprivation. She recently moved into the area of homelessness and vulnerable housing. Nia describes her role as a charity leader as ‘what’ she does and ‘self-aware leadership’ as ‘how’ she does it.
Nia is a regular blog writer, the author of ’The Self-Awareness Superhighway' and has 100 episodes of her successful podcast, ’The Knowing Self Knowing Others Podcast’ live you to watch and listen to. She has also developed leadership journals and a mini-360-degree review tool, that’s freely accessible on her website.
